My 7 year old who loves animals really enjoyed this book. She also like the Magic Kitten books, Kitty for president and Ivy and Bean books. It was a quick read, but helpful for a struggling reader to find a book that kept her attention.
For my 8 year old daughter. She has read some of the others from this series and loves them all. I actually pre ordered the newest book for her.
if your child is starting to read chapter books, this is a good read. My daughter loves the fact that cats are mermaids. I love that this book is series that deal with real issues girls may have, it teaches to value differences and friendships.
Cute story - just needs a few more pictures to keep younger kids interested.
Can read good if you understand English. Not recommended for illegal immigrants
