I stumbled upon this book through a homemaking blog I read. Since I have used Young Living oils for several years, I was intrigued, but a bit skeptical too. I decided to do a web search which yielded Lucy's Facebook page where I watched several of her videos and figured I could waste $10 on lots of things, so why not give it a whirl. I had to order a few oils for some of the recipes I wanted to try, but holy smokes, things have changed and all for the good. My hubby and I have code lingo we have started to use because of things that have happened after trying some of the recipes in this book making us giddy like newlyweds again. I had my tubes tied nearly 14 years ago and that wrecked havoc on my hormones and libido, not to mention age has a way of doing that too. I immediately started using Progessence Plus and Endoflex daily and that has made a huge difference with my mood being more even-keeled and not so roller coastery as it can be for women when the monthly "friend" comes around. Those two oils have also helped to shorten my red days which has been a plus too. A++++ book and am so happy I stumbled up it. As others have mentioned, it's clean, tho it's definitely not a "coffee table" book with teenagers in the house.
I purchased this book almost a year ago and never thought about writing a review until today. I’m purchasing another for a friend and decided to read some of the reviews.Let’s just state some facts for those of you who decide to check out the 1 star ratings... Yes this is a Young Living based book... research is important when wanting to know more about essential oils and it is no different when expecting to use it in ways Lucy Libido suggests.Young Living is in fact safe for consumption and all of the Vitality line of oils are labeled for such. AThis book is in fact very useful and has some great recipes. And yes it is for Young Living oils, however not by YL. This is a wonderful, friendly woman that took the time to share these creations with us. This is a great collaboration of her work.
What a fun book...great suggestions...written with humor and non offensive suggestions and oils that will enhance your love life and relationship. This is a great book to share with your girlfriends over a glass of wine and put your Lucy Libido on
Excellent book. Thorough without being sensational. I have tried some of the essential oil recipes in the book and was pleased with the results.
Amazing content for women and men. Great recipes (that work ) and hormonal info that no doctor will tell you
I love this book so much!!!!!! It helped me understand many things and I was able to find solutions for some areas in my life that and find the right products for myself. I highly recommend it! Oh, and it is a very fun read for couple together and just in your spare time :) we are trying her recipes one by one and so far we haven't been disappointed ;)
Never knew essential oils could be used between the sheets! Great ideas that really do work! ;-)
I need more... can't wait for Volume 2. We need a novel next time lol
