Needs to add more places to eat and things to do or see, but overall it was a pretty good book for a top 10 book. This should be one of DK Eyewitness' bigger books instead of a top 10 book. There is a lot of things missing like all the hikes you can do and places you can eat or see.
I'm using this to plan a trip. It felt like asking a person what they knew about Honolulu and Oahu. I would recommend it.
In the last couple years, we've traveled to S. Africa, throughout Europe and Hawaii and consistently, these are the best books to get you around an unfamiliar destination. They have the right balance of recommendations, history, and maps.
